You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping login credentials secure.

All bookings are contracts between customer and model, facilitated by Modelsy. Payments are held in escrow until completion.

No harassment, misrepresentation, or off-platform circumvention. Violations lead to account suspension.

Modelsy provides the platform 'as is' within the limits allowed by applicable law.

German law, jurisdiction Berlin, unless mandatory consumer protection dictates otherwise.
